  • 24.5km, 1:44, 15km/h avg, friggen hot day - 34degrees
• 4 Jan 2009 - roseville again
  • 23.19km, 1:28, 16.73km/h avg, nice normal summers day
• 5 Jan 2009 - ride to crows nest shops

• 7 Jan 2009 - ride loop to town - mowbray, epping, left, victoria av, the 3 bridges to town, round the flat to the rocks, then home
  • 35km, 1:42, 21.69km/h avg, 30+ degrees
• 9 Jan 2009 - extended shopping trip - was going to go to roseville but was too stuffed
  • 11.66km, 37 mins, 19.83km/hr, drizzly, would have been a loverly day for a ride.

  • 59.38km, 2:29, 24.83km/hr - and now i hurt. nice ~20 degree light rain day, wet most of the way.
• 12 Feb 2009 - ride to hunters hill hospital to drop in paperwork for tooth fairy
  • 11.9km, 42mins, 17.8km/h - easy ride
• 11 March 2009 - ride loop to south head and back - very fun
  • 46km, 2:17, 21.23km/hr - and i'm pooped. I think the wisdom tooth recovery has taken alot out of me :/
• 14 Mar 2009 - long way round to roseville, then offroad
  • 25.9lm, 1:50, 15.6km/hr - easy enough, shame i still need to learn to ride

• 28 March 2009 - manly damn loop on mtb - weeeee, way better than road riding

• 31 March 2009 - Rosie and Callie are born - a week of riding to the hospital
• 7 April - crows nest for dinner

• 24 April - pymble, bobbinhead, mt colah, hwy home

  • 35km, 2hr, 17km/hr - hard, tool ~50 mins to get to trail head, then all downhill for ~10mins then the hard grind up - fun but.
• 3 Aug 2009 - ride sandgate rd-zilmere rd then pootle back home
  • 9.9km, 25mins,24 km/hr - simple small blat
• 13 Aug 2009 - ride maundrel trc, alderly ln, kedron brook cycleway, newman rd - fun warm summers day
  • 31km, 1:26, 22km/hr - fun. unfit but
• 4 Sep 2009 - ride to end of Beams road, come back via stafford & newman rd
  • 21km, 56mins, 23.6km/hr, interesting loop
• 17 Sep 2009 - hypermarket, queens rd, stafford rd, appelby trc
  • 31km, 1:23, 23km/hr, nice ride, 25degrees, beams road hill hurts. both directions.
• 24 Feb 2010 - ride to town, UoQ?, over the bridge, and back to town on the southside
